After 17 years (and counting) as a founder myself, there are so many things I love with the entrepreneurial lifestyle. Using my creativity and imagination to develop something new. Designing a culture where High Achievers thrive. Co-creating a new product together with the market. Seeing the joy in the customer's eyes when they experience the product for the first time. Leading talented teams and seeing them shine. To name a few.

And, one of the most rewarding things is to help other founders to thrive. I started working with an incubator as a founder and executive coach when I was 21, and I never stopped. It's a group of remarkable people who are driven by making a difference and changing the world for the better.

When you work with founders, a session can take many shapes. How to best pitch the company to raise the next round. How to best engage their team to perform to the best of their abilities. How to deal with the pressure and endless flow of things to do. How to achieve important milestones. How to best tap into their own strengths and talents while being in a crazy, fast-moving environment that doesn’t always allow deep thinking.

Today I’m getting ready for another coaching session with an extraordinary founder in beautiful Boston.

Are you a founder or know someone who is looking for an executive coach to help grow your business and thrive as a leader and founder? I would love to connect. Feel free to reach out directly at therese(at)30minMBA.com or visit ‘Executive Coaching’ to learn more.
