Behind the Scenes – Setup prep before The Fearless

Just a couple of months ago before delivering a keynote speech,

I would visit the space, speak to the organizer and the tech team, test the sound, slides, and light to ensure everything is set for a great delivery. When speaking online, the process is slightly different, to say the least. This is a behind the scenes shot of my setup today.

In a couple of hours, I’m delivering a talk at The Fearless conference on the Future of Work with a special focus on Company Culture and Remote Leadership.
