From LA to Stockholm.

This morning I joined an extraordinary panel for my good friend Stefan Engeseth, book launch – Sharkonomics 2: How to Attack and Defend Your Business in Today's Disruptive Digital Water.

During our time at the Royal Institute of Technology, Terrence Brown, kicked off the morning, followed by a great keynote speech by Stefan himself.

The panel discussions covered large topics such as how digitalization is disrupting the workplace, the increased global competition, and its implication on your company in addition to why company culture is so essential for change.

As I am specializing in supporting fast-growing companies in designing and scaling company culture successfully by becoming more people and purpose-centric, my core message for the morning was, "It's time to reimagine the workplace starting with people."

Thank you, Daniel Kjellsson, Niklas Huss, Carl Wåreus, Hanna Riberdahl, Per Kittel, and Albert Bengtson for the first insightful and dynamic panel discussion. And a big thanks to my fellow brilliant panelists Sven Hagströmer, Sophie Gernandt, Hans Nyblom and Bugge Woldner for a great conversation.
