Extraordinary founders deserve
to build thriving companies
and remarkable lives.

That is not an aspiration. It is a design choice. And it is the belief that has shaped every conversation, every framework, and every program Therese has built over the past 20+ years.

Therese's mission is to empower High Achieving mission-driven founders and CEOs to build high performance, thriving companies and live a life of significance. Not one or the other. Both. Because the world's most visionary leaders deserve to build something extraordinary and feel extraordinary doing it.

Everything by Therese and at Reimaginez, the keynotes, the workshops, the advisory, the programs, the community, was built to make that possible. For every change-maker who is ready to build the company and the life that matches the full scale of what they are capable of creating.

My Personal Philosophy

A smiling woman with long hair, dressed in a black jacket, standing inside a glass observation deck with a city skyline and blue sky visible outside.
Abstract blue and purple streaks of light with a horizontal motion blur effect.

I specialize in High Achievers. Specifically, I work with individuals who are carrying the world on their shoulders. People who are deeply driven by making a positive difference in the world. They are empathic givers. They are there for everybody else. But they often lack someone to call at two in the morning when they need to make a decision that can make or break their company.

When these individuals move from surviving to thriving, something remarkable happens. The transformation does not stop with them. The transformation moves through everything around them. Their people. Their customers. Their company. Their community. And the ripple effects reach further than any of them imagined when they first began.

This is why building high performance, thriving company cultures and championing people to live a life of significance is so important to me. The change-makers of our world are remarkable humans who are there for everyone else. And they deserve to have someone in their corner. That is what Reimaginez was built to be. That is why I do this work.

The company is Reimaginez

An award-winning company designed and built to champion the world's most mission-driven founders and CEOs as they design and scale high performance, thriving cultures and live lives of significance. Culturally-driven companies achieve 18% more revenue per employee, according to research. That is not a coincidence. It is what becomes possible when a company is filled with thriving High Achievers, all striving toward greatness, lifting each other to new heights, and scaling a culture where extraordinary becomes the standard.

Over 20+ years and 1,000+ founder and CEO engagements across 14 countries, the results have been consistent. Companies achieving 3x annual revenue growth. Teams moving from fragmented to aligned. Leaders stepping into their full potential while building companies of
lasting significance.

Everything Reimaginez does, from one-on-one advisory and transformational keynotes to proprietary programs and full cultural transformations, is built around one question: what does thriving look like for you? Every engagement is bespoke, proprietary, and designed to create change that lasts.

40 frameworks invented.
Every one built to change what a leader sees as possible.

Over 20+ years, Therese has invented over 40 proprietary frameworks, each one designed to take something invisible inside a company or a founder and make it actionable. These are not theories. They are tools, field-tested across 1,000+ founder and CEO engagements and refined until they produce results every time.

These six are examples. The full library spans culture, leadership, innovation, sales, strategy, recruitment, peak performance, and the design a life of significance. Every framework is proprietary, bespoke, and built to create change that lasts.
