Launching the Press Reel. Reimagining How Companies Are Built, Now on Screen.

I spend most of my days in rooms with founders and CEOs, working on what’s possible. Every so often, I get to bring that conversation to a wider audience. Over the past few years, CBS New York has been one of those places.

The topics have been the ones that shape what’s possible: the future of the workplace, the limitless possibilities of entrepreneurship, building successful startups, landing your dream job, and the magic of New York City as a place where vision becomes reality.

Today I am sharing those conversations in one press reel. The questions in them feel more relevant today than when we first discussed them.

The rooms I mentioned are where all of this comes from. Twenty years of them, alongside 1,000+ mission-driven founders, CEOs, and C-suite leaders in health, finance, and impact. Whiteboards covered in sticky notes. The 2 am decisions. The quiet moment when a leader sees the path forward for the first time in months.

Together, we have helped transform 30,000+ company cultures into thriving, high performance environments where extraordinary things become possible.

And what those leaders have gone on to achieve still moves me. A CEO advancing discoveries in medicines who tripled annual recurring revenue once alignment, clarity, and vision pulled the company in one direction.

A founder bringing life science breakthroughs to market whose average deal size grew from $5K to $50K once the company became more customer-centric.

A team unlocking potential in other mission-driven companies that created innovations worth millions once they started to reimagine what’s possible. None of these are outliers. They are what happens when culture unlocks performance, innovation, and profitability.

I believe high achievers are meant to thrive, not just survive. That companies and lives of extraordinary significance can be built at the same time. That cultures where performance, purpose, and fulfillment amplify each other create ripple effects far beyond the organization. That is the work, and it is the work I love.

If you produce, curate, or host conversations for leaders, I would love to bring these topics to your audience. Expert commentary, features, series, and keynotes.

If you are a founder or CEO building something extraordinary and your culture is not yet keeping pace with your ambition, let’s talk. Every engagement my team and I design is bespoke, proprietary, and built to amplify your impact.

To the anchors and journalists who made these conversations what they are, Lisa Rozner, Elaine Quijano, Chris Wragge, Jenna DeAngelis, Doug Williams, Alecia Reid, and the production crew, including Maya Blackstone and Joe Reich: thank you for your professionalism, your energy, and your commitment to telling stories that matter. It is an honor to work with people who bring vision to life on screen.
